Libertus Sitorus, S.H. graduated from Faculty of Law University of Indonesia and special education in commercial banking (Officer Development Program)- Bali in Bank. He supported Analytical Team for Eco-labelling Commodity Forestry - Ministry of Justice. Afterwards, he joined Bank Bali at Special Asset Management Division, as remedial officer and inhouse-litigation lawyer. He then worked for the Indonesian Bank Restructuring Agency/Badan Penyehatan Perbankan Nasional (BPPN) as group head of Bank Resolution-The Legal Aid Division. He also as visiting trainer of several training & consulting institutions, especially in legal credit analysis and problem loan settlement (conventional-sharia) in banking, multifinance, and cooperative sector. He is the member of Indonesian Advocate Association (Peradi).
